A lifelong passion for drawing led her back to pencil work in 2024, following a significant life transition that reignited her love for creating by hand. Through her portraits, Cailin seeks to capture not only likeness, but the quiet honesty, intimate emotion, and subtle humanity that make each face distinct. Her work reflects a deep appreciation for the stories, vulnerabilities, and strength found in the human experience.

Cailin creates from her home studio in Ohio, where she shares her life with her wife, Brandy—a hairstylist and color educator—and their three cherished dogs: Gus, Nikki, and Frankie.
